Universal Consequences of a Scalar-Structured Vacuum: Derivations from the QGT:IR Framework
Abstract
We present a systematic analysis of the universal physical consequences thatfollow from the Quantum Gravity Theory based on Inverted Relativity (QGT:IR), aneffective macroscopic framework in which spacetime is assumed to be fundamentallyMinkowskian and gravitational, quantum, and cosmological phenomena emerge fromthe dynamics of a structured physical vacuum. The vacuum is modeled as a scalar medium endowed with spectral response proper-ties, and physical systems are treated as open systems that continuously exchange energywith this vacuum. We show that a single underlying mechanism—spectral relaxation to-ward equilibrium attractors—gives rise to a set of unavoidable consequences, includingemergent inertia, macroscopic time asymmetry, quantum decoherence, vacuum-inducednoise, and fundamental limits on precision and information. These results are derived without modifying quantum electrodynamics, the StandardModel, or general relativity within their established domains of validity. A minimalcosmological implication, in the form of a subleading spectral redshift accumulatedduring long-range propagation, is also discussed in a deliberately conservative manner. The framework is explicitly formulated as an effective field theory, and its domain ofvalidity and exclusions are carefully delineated. The analysis clarifies which aspects ofQGT:IR constitute universal physical consequences and which remain interpretative orspeculative extensions, thereby providing a controlled foundation for future theoreticaland experimental investigations.
