LLM-scCurator (code, benchmarks, and manuscript source data)

This record archives the LLM-scCurator repository snapshot used for the revised manuscript submission. It includes the source code and repository contents (e.g., llm_sc_curator/, benchmarks/, paper/, docs/, examples/, and configuration files), together with the figure Source Data workbooks used for the manuscript (main and supporting figures; e.g., SourceData_Fig*.xlsx and SourceData_FigS*.xlsx), where each workbook maps figure panels to sheets and defines columns, units, and identifiers where applicable. Primary expression matrices (e.g., .h5ad) and other raw data are not redistributed here. All input datasets are publicly available from their original repositories/publications; this record provides the version-pinned code and figure-level source data needed to reproduce the manuscript analyses and plots without redistributing primary data.
