TWIST module v2.0 This release extends the published TWIST codebase beyond the core module and example workflow by adding two new reproducible analysis scripts: 2_calibrate_best_fit_parameters.R retrieves a best-fit TWIST parameter set from the provided input and validation data and writes a compact parameter table together with calibration metadata. 3_analyze_parameter_uncertainty.R evaluates parameter uncertainty around the calibrated best-fit solution and identifies acceptable parameter sets within the bounded TWIST parameter space. In addition, the repository structure and documentation were revised to improve clarity, reproducibility, and reuse.
