Dimensional Delimitation & The Primacy of Information: A Thermodynamic Framework for Biological Negentropy
Abstract
Abstract This paper establishes the axiomatic foundation of the NOETIKO framework, positioning the Kappe Constant (kappa ≈ 1 eV) as the thermodynamic threshold for non-local information transfer in biological systems. Methodology: By integrating Lindblad master equations for open quantum systems with Constructor Theory, we demonstrate how biological coherence can be maintained against thermodynamic entropy (kB T limit). The paper introduces the concept of "Dimensional Delimitation," where the magnetic vector potential (A-field) acts as a control parameter for molecular organization. Significance: This theoretical model provides the boundary conditions for the Kuramoto-Sakaguchi phase-synchronization dynamics detailed in Part 2 and the spin-mediated negentropy mechanisms in Part 3. Context within the NOETIKO Trilogy:- Part 1 (This Document): Theoretical Framework & The 1 eV Metric.- Part 2: Hardware Specifications (1.42 GHz / 7.83 Hz Resonators).- Part 3: Validation & Multidimensional Signal Processing. Quantitative Derivation & Validation:The thermodynamic sustainability of the NOETIKO framework is mathematically modeled using the Lindblad Master Equation for open quantum systems: d(rho)/dt = -i[H, rho] + L(rho). By integrating the coherent drive term (Omega) provided by the 1.42 GHz vector potential, we demonstrate that Negentropy production is maintained even under thermal noise (kB T). The supplementary file 'qutip_lindblad_model.py' provides the computational proof, showing that quantum coherence is topologically protected when the Kappa-Constant (approx. 1 eV) threshold is met.
