Abstract

This repository contains Xenium spatial transcriptomics data with multimodal cell segmentation. The data were generated using the Multi-Tissue (XeniumMT) and Human Prime 5K (Xenium5K) gene panels and were used in the spatial platforms comparison study by Cervilla et al. (2025). If you are interested in the same samples profiled with other spatial transcriptomics technologies, see also: Visium v1, Visium v2/CytAssist, and Visium HD: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17999961 Xenium and CosMx: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17986017
