Abstract

This paper presents a minimal derivation of the Hubble constant H0 from the core scaling axioms of the Entropic Cosmological Model (ECM). In this framework, cosmic expansion, horizons, and apparent acceleration arise kinematically from the four-dimensional structure of spacetime rather than from additional dynamical components. A horizon-defined acceleration follows directly from ECM natural units and scales inversely with cosmic time. When evaluated at the present epoch, this acceleration yields a value of H0 consistent with astronomical observations. The resulting expansion history features diminishing acceleration, logarithmic recession velocities, and an ever-expanding horizon, without requiring exponential growth or future singularities.
