Part II: The Geometric Action: Spectral Geometry, Interactions, and Composite Emergence
Abstract
Building upon the exact topological bounds and metric assignments established in the Anchor Independence Theorem (Part I), we establish a unitary information-theoretic formalism for the effective field dynamics of the Standard Model mass hierarchy. We model the vacuum as a stressed viscoelastic quasicrystal projected from a 5-dimensional A4 root lattice. We explicitly derive a critical ”Strain Bifurcation” where the lattice relaxes to minimize Phason strain, establishing two distinct stability moduli: a Physical Mode (Kπ) and a Shadow Mode (Kϕ). We demonstrate that the Deuteron Binding Energy corresponds to the geometric mean of these moduli, while the Neutron-Proton Mass Gap corresponds to the dimensional shear, derived to > 99.7% accuracy. We define the Viscoelastic Lagrangian and prove that physical interactions are mathematically governed by the lattice’s Diffusive Noise Floor (Δ∗ diff ). Finally, we demonstrate that vacuum stability is governed by a strict Cosmological Selection Principle where the Generalized Riemann Hypothesis acts as an absolute structural Swampland filter.
