Abstract

Communication as the First Existence presents a constraint-based framework in which “communication” (capacity for interaction under allowable transitions) is treated as the most fundamental substrate. The paper defines a minimal regime chain—P0 (primordial probability substrate) → QP1 (quantum probability-level states) → CP1 (classical potential-level states) → CP2 (geometric/classical regime)—and frames geometry, mass, and time as emergent descriptions that appear when degrees of freedom become sufficiently constrained to enforce persistence. The manuscript is intentionally non-ontological: it specifies behaviors, constraints, and transition conditions without asserting a microscopic geometry. Balance is treated as a closure condition (conserved communication capacity), implying regime duality and explaining paradox-like behavior as boundary signatures where descriptive regimes change.
