Version 4 substantially refines the V-structure coupling architecture introduced in V3. It clarifies recursive package dependencies, separates carrier/report/bridge roles, formalizes pairing and relation-diagnostic packages, strengthens package-local resolution and comparability rules, and refines the typed dynamical and resolution-feasibility interfaces. This release supersedes V3 as the current framework version.
