This release is a follow up on v1.0-alpha. It still contains the same information and code remains unchanged, but the repository has been mostly cleaned up and redundant functions, scripts and data files have been removed to prevent confusion. This release represents the official code and data associated with the manuscript "Capturing three decades of alpine food-web and climate dynamics with an integrated predator–prey model", accepted for publication in Scientific Reports. The archived release was created from the 'GYR_branch' branch of this forked repository, which contains the code and data used to generate all results reported in the manuscript.
