Unified Latent Intelligence Philosophy (LIP) Literacy Framework
Abstract
Unified Latent Intelligence Philosophy (LIP) Literacy Framework The Unified Latent Intelligence Philosophy (LIP) Literacy Framework is an educational model designed to transform literacy instruction for adults and youth from a remedial process into a "revelation" of existing cognitive abilities. Authored by Allan John Nalam and updated to Version 3.0 as of January 20, 2026, the framework rejects traditional "deficit-based" models that treat learners as "broken". Instead, it posits that every learner already possesses latent intelligence—such as pattern recognition and contextual processing—which can be systematically activated through meaningful engagement and emotional safety
