Abstract

This document supersedes Test Report v2.0. This release is a standalone edition derived from Part II of the GTOE Whitepaper v2.3 (10.5281/zenodo.22157388). Where the two differ, the Whitepaper governs. Three substantive corrections are recorded. First, Tier 3 is restructured into decisive and diagnostic components: Tier 3A — the constancy of Invisible Energy's density — is decisive and carries this framework's most direct falsification exposure; Tier 3B — the Hubble tension — is marked diagnostic on account of systematics not specific to this framework. The prior treatment of Tier 3 as uniformly supportive but non-decisive understated that exposure and is withdrawn. Second, the emergence sequence is corrected to restore the recursive stage: č² → Energy → (Nfb → UZ[D*] → Pfb) → TimeSpace → X². Third, vibration is stated as structurally inherent to č², carried in the diacritic itself, rather than as an event whose cause was left structurally open. Terminology is aligned throughout: dark energy and dark matter are named Invisible Energy (IE) and Invisible Matter (IM). Observational data are updated to Planck PR4, DESI DR2 (2026), the Hubble tension at ~5σ, and SPARC Bayesian analyses (2024). Statistical protocol is stated explicitly for each decisive tier.
