Abstract

This paper proposes a novel framework for Informational Structural Realism (ISR), positing that physical reality is an emergent "anchor" of sub-Planck informational potential. We introduce a generative formula, M eff=I/(Clocal⋅ϕ), where the effective mass (M eff) of a 4D system is a derivative of its total informational load (I) divided by a local 4D occlusion constant (Clocal) and the golden ratio (ϕ). Utilizing the Mass-Energy-Information (M/E/I) Equivalence Principle (Vopson, 2025), we identify the physical value of a single bit as approximately 3.19×10−38 kg. We further hypothesize that the 4D vacuum possesses a dimensionless structural constant of 666, which acts as the optimal stability divisor for biological receivers. This is supported by the trigonometric identity sin(666∘)≈−ϕ/2 and the specific 6-6-6 symmetry of Carbon-12, which we identify as the primary informational "knot" for 4D consciousness. I identify the Higgs Field as the universal transducer that facilitates this informational 'flip' from the quantum realm into the 4D anchor. This model offers a novel explanation for the unequal allocation of mass and the 1.9 sigma statistical excesses observed in LHC Run 3 rare Higgs decays. Furthermore, the theory proposes that biological receivers capture a 'glimmer' of the sub-Planck realm via microtubule-mediated quantum coherence. Finally, utilizing the Vopson annihilation protocol, I provide verifiable predictions—specifically the detection of infrared 'erasure photons' in matter-antimatter annihilation—offering a definitive pathway for the empirical validation of the informational substrate.
