Gravity as Deformation of a Correlated Vacuum Medium
Abstract
This work proposes a field-theoretic framework where gravitation emerges from the deformation of a correlated quantum vacuum. By treating the vacuum as a physical medium with a finite correlation length λ and specific relaxation dynamics, the theory reproduces Newtonian gravity at small scales and modified dynamics (MOND-like behavior) at galactic scales without the need for non-baryonic dark matter. The framework is tested against galactic rotation curves, the Tully–Fisher relation, gravitational lensing, and the Bullet Cluster offset. Cosmological implications, including Hubble expansion and void dynamics, are discussed.
