Abstract

Highlights Full Python web parity for the entire pipeline. The browser application now drives every analysis through WaveLabXSpectral.reflectionAnalysis, a faithful port of Python's wavelabx.analysis.reflection_analysis. The test suite cross-checks all three routines (twoProbeGoda, threeProbeArray, reflectionAnalysis) against their Python counterparts; 12/12 tests pass. Auto-detected CSV layout. Drop a 2-, 3-, or 6-column CSV; the browser tool picks the right routine automatically and shows a small 2-probe / 3-probe layout tag next to single-array records. Analysis-method override dropdown in the Settings panel: Auto, Three-probe only, Two-probe (best pair), or a forced two-probe pair (1-2 / 1-3 / 2-3). Intended for explicit method choice and manuscript validation. Per-array method badge (3P / 2P) in the results table, with matching color-coded styling and a Method - Array N column in the exported CSV (no HTML in the file). Per-pair Goda spacing diagnostics. Both the browser warning panel and Python's three_probe_array warning now name the specific probe pair(s) outside the band 0.05
