Technical whitepaper for GodelAI, a novel architectural paradigm for Small Language Models built on C-S-P. v2.1 Addendum - April 2026 Prior art for: (1) Fisher Scale Problem discovery and solution. (2) EWC-DR (Dead-parameter Reversal). (3) Identity Preservation Rate (IPR) metric - 54.6% baseline. (4) Conflict data produces 12x more forgetting than homogeneous data. (5) Domain-incremental positioning - 82.8% improvement.
