Decoding the Expert Paradox: Whose Knowledge Counts?
Abstract
This working paper constructs a definitional architecture formalizing the Infrastructure of an unrecognized epistemic authority that institutions have failed to acknowledge. It establishes criteria, documents patterns of emergence, and differentiates this framework from existing scholarship on lived experience and expertise.
