降維打擊:日常爭論的二階悖論與語用學拆解
Abstract
傳統的人際爭論與網路筆戰往往陷入無效的「語義泥沼」,即受話者試圖證明自己不具備對手指控的負面屬性。本研究基於言語行為理論(Speech Act Theory)與哈伯瑪斯的溝通行動理論,提出一套「降維打擊」的爭辯框架。透過懸置爭意內容,揭露對手僭越層級的「發言資格先決條件 (A)」,並引入後設規則 (Q) 作為對話的「對稱性條件(Symmetry Condition)」,我們證明了任何試圖對他人本質或動機做出全局斷言的行為,在邏輯上必然面臨權威失效與「施為性矛盾(Performative Contradiction)」。本文進一步結合基本歸因謬誤與面子理論,將高階形式邏輯轉化為適用於高權距社會的界線設定 SOP,為應對職場權力壓迫、情感勒索與惡意揣測,提供一套宣告對手程序違規卻不失社會情商的終極指南。
