CHRONON-1 — Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) / Preregistration + Replication Package

This record provides the CHRONON-1 Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) / preregistration (PDF) together with a replication package (ZIP). Goal (falsifiable): after standard GR redshift correction, estimate a single primary endpoint — the residual slope versus geopotential ΔU/c² — under a fixed decision rule and pre-defined anti-systematics gates. The SAP locks the model, covariates, exclusions, segmentation rules, and robustness checks in advance (including ΔU≈0 witness tests, splits, swaps/ablations, covariate vetoes, and permutation tests), so the result is interpretable as either a clean EEP/LPI constraint or a robust signal. Scope: public/archived datasets only; no internal data access is requested. The replication package includes the execution ledger/manifest, scripts, configuration templates, and reporting outputs needed to reproduce the endpoint estimate end-to-end from a frozen public data release (if/when pinned in the manifest).
