ECOIN Declaration: What This Civilization Explicitly Refuses to Do
Abstract
This document defines the ethical self-constraints of ECOIN, a proposed cognitive operating system for post-national civilization. Rather than prescribing moral behavior, it specifies what the system explicitly refuses to do in order to prevent surveillance, coercion, ranking, and psychological harm. This declaration functions as a non-negotiable ethical firewall embedded at the architectural level of the system. It is intended as a reference document for researchers, system designers, and policymakers exploring non-coercive AI governance frameworks. This document is intentionally published in Japanese as the original authoritative version. Any future translations, if provided, are to be considered interpretive references. © 2025 Hinano Kimura / ElisaLicensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0)
