Source data from: A spatially resolved human glioblastoma atlas reveals distinct cellular and molecular patterns of anatomical niches

The Source Data file provides the numerical data underlying each figure and table in the manuscript, with individual sheets corresponding to specific figures or panels. The data include cell type proportions, gene expression measurements, enrichment scores, and inputs used for statistical analyses and figure generation. For figures involving large or complex datasets, serialized RDS objects are provided to enable full reproduction of the analyses and figures.
