jm96ps/TheHER: v1.3
Abstract
Release Notes: v1.3 🚀 What's New 📈 Kinetic Modeling & Plot Improvements Accurate Tafel Slope Algorithm: Refactored the Tafel slope rolling-window calculation in the web application to perfectly match the reference hy2.py logic (skipping the first 55 points). The generated plots and slopes are now a 1-to-1 match with the raw scripts. Tafel Plot Redesign: The Tafel Slope Plot now exclusively displays the fitted data in a clean point-style format, making the results easier to read and interpret. Streamlined Dashboard: Removed the "Step Decomposition" graph from the UI to declutter the dashboard and focus entirely on the core metrics (Current, Surface Coverage, and Tafel Slopes). Verified Surface Coverage ($\theta$): Ensured the Theta plot generation is stable and actively rendering alongside the other metrics. 🐛 Bug Fixes File Upload Race Condition: Fixed a critical concurrency bug where clicking "Fit" for the first time would cause the application to crash or fail to load graphs. The backend no longer attempts to upload the dataset multiple times simultaneously when fetching the plot images. 📚 Documentation Overhaul Clean Repository: Removed all legacy development logs, redundant deployment scratchpads, and outdated Portuguese changelogs to make the repository friendly for ordinary users. New English README: Completely rewrote the README.md in concise English. It now accurately reflects the Django Web Application, providing clear instructions for local installation, usage, and theoretical background, completely replacing the outdated Jupyter Notebook instructions.
