Abstract

Version 9 (February 2026) presents a refined statement of the phase-locked transport architecture using concentric phased rings, now explicitly framed as a boundary-momentum architecture. The update emphasizes that all forces arise from classical momentum exchange at the system boundary with an external medium, consistent with conservation of linear momentum and energy. This version introduces: An explicit conservation framework and clarification of boundary force accounting A minimal kinematic and control model demonstrating phase-locked transport solutions Expanded physical realizations, including electrohydrodynamic (EHD), acoustic, electromagnetic, and a conceptual plasma-mediated boundary interface A structured laboratory validation pathway outlining measurable stability, capture range, detuning tolerance, and phase-lock dynamics All proposed implementations rely on established terrestrial technologies and conventional boundary interactions. No reactionless or propellantless propulsion is claimed. Updated diagrams include the multi-ring actuator architecture, toroidal He–Ar circulation concept, and phased wave-pocket propagation sequence. Previous versions remain accessible for citation continuity. ### About the AuthorNansi Readman is an independent researcher investigating wave-driven, phase-locked transport architectures using concentric phased ring systems and boundary-momentum interactions. Her work examines how coordinated phase offsets in multi-ring actuator arrays generate and translate traveling low-gradient wave pockets at a boundary interface, with all momentum transfer arising exclusively from classical interactions with a surrounding medium. This series is fully independent classical engineering research. Current preprints are available under the overarching series DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19175725.
