Abstract

An evaluation of the Close Kin Mark Recapture approach for terrestrial predators Carlo Pacioni, Lauren White, Alan Robley, David Ramsey. Ecological Applications Input data, metadata and scripts for CKMR and population genetic analysis of SNP data from a dingo population in East Victoria Mapped SNPs data are provided in VCF format along with metadata. Scripts should be run in order as follows. For convenience, though, input files for the script “CKMR_Colony.R” are also provided in case the interest is only in running the CKMR analysis. 1. "rawSeqData.R"2. "Filtering_Raw_autosomal.R" 3. "Filtering_Raw_X_Chr.R"4. "Filtering_Raw_Y_Chr.R"5. "Colony.R"6. "CKMR_Colony.R" Scripts for population genetics are:- "PopGen_analysis.R"- "LD_Ne.R"
