Abstract

Version 2 of this preprint presents a revised Theory of Reality (ToR) reconstruction of black holes as real observational objects whose exterior behavior remains accurately described, within tested domains, by the standard relativistic framework, while rejecting the physical singularity as an inadmissible extrapolation beyond serviceable temporal relation. Rather than treating gravitational collapse as a pathway to physical infinity, the paper reconstructs collapse through finite temporal serviceability, observer-frame temporal-gradient behavior, and regime-specific black-hole formation. The central claim is that black-hole formation marks the failure of ordinary serviceable structure and the approach to a finite temporal-arrest condition. Collapse-formed and primordial S₃ black holes are treated as temporally arrested relative to the exterior observer-frame, while primordial S₄ black holes are treated as complete temporal-arrest structures formed directly under early-universe admissibility conditions. The intermediate G₃ interval is identified as a barrier rather than a pathway, preventing ordinary S₃ accumulation, accretion, or merger from becoming terminal S₄ structure. This version also reframes the event horizon as a boundary of outward causal-temporal serviceability, not as a hidden doorway through which ordinary exterior-frame description continues unchanged. The paper distinguishes conserved exterior contribution from recoverable object identity, argues that mathematical continuation is not automatically physical recovery, and treats Hawking radiation as a constraint question rather than as automatic evidence of ordinary core evaporation. Possible observational consequences are identified in intermediate-regime suppression, high-mass merger residuals, boundary-dependent ringdown behavior, recoil or damping asymmetries, early supermassive black-hole formation, compact-object mass-gap behavior, and statistically recurring deviations near proposed regime boundaries. The result preserves black holes and the empirical success of exterior relativistic descriptions while replacing the singularity with finite temporal arrest under the temporal-terminal constraint.
