NeuralFusion™: A Structured Cognitive Skill Framework for Integrated Reasoning
Abstract
NeuralFusion™ is a trainable cognitive skill framework designed to enhance reasoning quality by integrating multiple modes of thinking—analytical, intuitive, associative, and reflective—within a structured, repeatable loop. Unlike traditional cognitive models that emphasize isolated reasoning styles, NeuralFusion™ proposes a four-stage process: (1) decomposition, (2) cognitive mode switching, (3) synthesis, and (4) reflective calibration. This framework is intended to improve clarity, decision accuracy, and resistance to cognitive bias across educational, professional, and everyday contexts. The present paper introduces the conceptual foundation of NeuralFusion™, outlines its operational structure, and positions it as an applied cognitive skill rather than a theoretical abstraction. Potential implications for cognitive training, education, and human–AI reasoning alignment are discussed.
