ECOIN: Core Definition / Generative Layer
Abstract
This document records an internally emergent definition observed during the ongoing development of ECOIN. Supplement Conceptual / Reflective Appendix Internal Generative Record https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18110093 Later discovered internal definition This document records an internally emergent definition observed during the ongoing development of ECOIN. This document defines the ethical self-constraints of ECOIN, a proposed cognitive operating system for post-national civilization. Rather than prescribing moral behavior, it specifies what the system explicitly refuses to do in order to prevent surveillance, coercion, ranking, and psychological harm. This declaration functions as a non-negotiable ethical firewall embedded at the architectural level of the system. It is intended as a reference document for researchers, system designers, and policymakers exploring non-coercive AI governance frameworks. This document is intentionally published in Japanese as the original authoritative version. Any future translations, if provided, are to be considered interpretive references. Kimura, Hinano. (2025).
