Predictive Bioharmonics: From Code To Event
Abstract
This paper proposes a conceptual, pre-geometric framework for understanding how discrete events may emerge from underlying structural conditions.Rather than treating geometry, dynamics, or events as fundamental primitives, the framework explores whether these phenomena may arise sequentially from an earlier relational “code” operating within a constraining framework that defines what forms and transitions are possible. No claims of proof, empirical validation, or total explanatory completeness are made. The aim is to present a coherent, cross-domain structure that remains compatible with established mathematical, physical, and biological reasoning, while remaining explicitly open to refinement, falsification, and reinterpretation. Illustrative examples ranging from phase transitions in matter to biological development are used to demonstrate how similar structural sequences appear across scales and domains.
