Abstract

This study proposes that the hydrogen bond network (HBN) is not a passive solvent but a topological interface for information exchange between the living organism and a non-local chronal field (Tmeta). We argue that the HBN's blinking mode is the topological pulse carrying life's chronal patterns, with its driving force originating from time itself, not metabolism. The living state initiates from the passive response of matter to this pulse. Based on this, we demonstrate that the HBN's Non-Local Synchronization (NLS) mechanism, coupled with the sharp increase in water's proportional mass during evolution (from ∼20% to >80%) , provides the objective physical basis for the emergence of holism. Finally, through the Topological Ambiguity argument, we subvert the reductionist structure-determines-function doctrine and propose an Action as Cognition ontology: natural intelligence is a universal property of topological coherence, not prerequisite on complex neural hardware. The six falsifiable predictions presented including chronal dysregulation in disease, conscious modulation, “hot-potato" transport, and living-state action replication offer a unified, testable new paradigm for biological holism.
