Exact JSD Bounds for the Shuffle Model via Contraction Coefficients
Abstract
Exact asymptotic formula for Jensen-Shannon divergence in the Shuffle Model of differential privacy. For Randomized Response with parameter δ and n users: JSD = (1-2δ)²/[8nδ(1-δ)] + O(n⁻²). Leading coefficient equals JSD contraction coefficient for BSC(δ).
