ICT (Information Constraint Theory)
Abstract
This paper introduces the Information Constraint Theory (ICT), a novel framework where information is treated as a physical field (\mathcal{I}) that imposes fundamental constraints on energy levels and particle states. The ICT field interacts with gravity, quantum correlations, and cosmic expansion, leading to several testable physical predictions. Key highlights include the prediction of a novel "Information Boson" (B_{\mathcal{I}}) with an estimated mass of 1 GeV, a modified Heisenberg uncertainty principle modulated by information density, and a dynamical explanation for the Hubble tension and the Arrow of Time. This framework bridges the gap between information theory and fundamental physics, offering a new perspective on the role of constraints in the evolution of the Universe.
