Abstract

Summary: This figure illustrates a conceptual framework for FG-002, an exploratory oncology strategy focused on inducing controlled retroviral-mimicry signals and immune activation within the tumor microenvironment. The concept integrates pathway modulation with immune re-sensitization approaches to enhance tumor recognition while avoiding sustained inflammatory toxicity. The illustration emphasizes biological mechanisms rather than specific drug identities, timing, or formulations. FG-002 represents early-stage conceptual research and is intended for scientific discussion and hypothesis generation only. Research context: Retroviral-mimicry models have been associated with interferon signaling, epigenetic derepression, and increased immune visibility of tumor cells. FG-002 explores whether carefully tuned activation of these pathways could help restore immune surveillance in select cancers. Disclaimer: Investigational concept. Not validated in human studies. No therapeutic claims or clinical guidance are implied.
