Abstract

We present validation evidence for the Ψ(x) meta-optimization framework through independent implementations in four programming languages (Java, Swift, Python, Mojo). Key findings: (1) Bitwise-identical outputs across all implementations prove α=0.70, κ=0.9987, and K=0.3625 are mathematical invariants, not implementation artifacts. (2) Performance divergence of 10-24× between implementations demonstrates independent codebases derived from common theory. (3) Contraction modulus K=0.3625 validated across 92 Java classes, native Swift, and GPU-accelerated Mojo. (4) Production roadmap established for Q1-Q4 2026 releases. Computational validation performed on NVIDIA DGX GB10 (1 PFLOP NVFP4).
