Ψ-NVP: A Non-Violation Protocol for Post-Dynamical Retention (Volume III of the ψ-Architecture Research Series)
Abstract
This work presents Ψ-NVP (Non-Violation Protocol) as the third volume of the ψ-Architecture Research Series. Following the ontological formulation of retention (Volume I) and its physical augmentation through the Λψ term (Volume II), this volume introduces a formally constrained protocol governing admissible interaction with post-dynamical systems. Ψ-NVP specifies the conditions under which observation, measurement, documentation, or other structured engagement may occur without amplifying retained internal difference. The protocol is expressed through a strict inequality constraining the temporal evolution of retained difference Δψ under non-zero interaction intensity, together with a cumulative non-violation functional regulating prolonged exposure. The work defines the post-dynamical plateau as a regime in which structure persists without active dynamics and examines the object-independent applicability of the protocol using designated epistemic reference objects (ψ-lanterns and ψ-kettles) as operational test cases. Rather than introducing new physical variables or competing models, Ψ-NVP delineates methodological boundaries relevant to scientific and observational practice in low-dynamical regimes, where further intervention may compromise structural persistence without yielding additional informational gain.
