Abstract

Introduction :It is required to research alternative methods of treatment to combat the problem of antimicrobial resistance in bacteria. Thymoquinone (TQ) is an active component of the Nigella sativa seeds, used for decades as traditional medicine. Objective: Determination of antibacterial activity of TQ in combination with antibiotics against Staphylococcus aureus grown from wound infection cases.
