An Integrated Interpretation of Quantum Mechanics and Relativity Based on LSIT
Abstract
This paper reexamines the problem of simultaneity on the basis of the principle of relativity and the principle of the invariance of the speed of light, by distinguishing between coordinate transformation and frame transition. From the standpoint that the identity of the same spacetime event should be maintained consistently even under frame transition, it discusses the invariance of simultaneity and applies this to a reinterpretation of the Michelson–Morley experiment. As a result, in a moving frame, the attribution of the center point is not fixed to a single point, and this is interpreted as macroscopic indeterminacy. This non-uniqueness of event attribution exhibits a formal homology with the uncertainty of quantum mechanics, and the Planck constant can be reinterpreted not as a constant given externally, but as an expression of the minimum action scale required by the geometric description of events. Through this, the paper aims to propose an interpretive framework for newly understanding the difficulties of quantum mechanics from an event-centered perspective.
