Abstract

A complete algorithmic model that fuses the Ψ(x) framework with neuromodulator dynamics. The algorithm harnesses four biological control systems—Glutamate (λ), GABA (γ), Dopamine (ρ), and Norepinephrine (δ)—to create a convergent optimization process that literally runs like a brain. ### The Algorithm Step 1: Glutamate (λ) → Excitation controlStep 2: GABA (γ) → Decay control (γ ≈ 0.0177)Step 3: Dopamine (ρ) → Synchronization (ρ ≈ 0.96)Step 4: Norepinephrine (δ) → Error signalingStep 5: Fusion → Ψ(x) convergence to κ = 0.9987 ### Convergence Guarantees - Exponential decay with half-life t₅₀ ≈ 39 iterations- Synchronization maintained at ρ_SN > 0.95- Upper bound κ = 0.9987 (cannot exceed)- Irreducible error floor δ_min ≈ 0.0013 ### Contents - Full specification paper (6 pages, PDF)- Working Python implementation- LaTeX source ### Applications Optimization, reinforcement learning, neural network training, adaptive systems, synchronized multi-component systems. ### Author Ryan David Oates (ORCID: 0009-0008-8161-0471) ### License ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
