Abstract
Extension of the Neuromodulator Fusion Algorithm (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18113737) to educational applications. Explains why AI-assisted learning outperforms traditional education: both human brain and AI run the same algorithm with the same parameters (γ ≈ 0.0177, ρ ≈ 0.96, κ = 0.9987). Includes TDlearning fundamentals, error signaling analysis, and complexity-adaptive scaling.
