The Qi-Unified Field Cosmological Model:\\ A Singularity-Free, Cyclic Universe from a Monistic Field Substrate
Abstract
We present version 5.0 of the Qi-Unified Field Cosmological Model (QFCM), a complete, mathematically self-contained framework for a non-singular, cyclic universe grounded in the monistic ontology of “Qi”—a single, continuous field substrate from which spacetime, matter, and cosmic evolution emerge. Building upon versions 1.0–4.0, QFCM v5.0 integrates a well-defined action principle, covariant field equations, a linear perturbation theory (Field Acoustic Oscillations, FAO), and explicit observational signatures. The model naturally resolves key tensions in standard cosmology—including the Hubble tension, anomalously old stars (e.g., HD 140283), and early massive galaxies observed by JWST—without invoking a Big Bang singularity or ad hoc dark energy. Crucially, all predictions are quantitatively falsifiable. We provide the full Lagrangian, derive the field dynamics, demonstrate compatibility with CMB acoustic peaks, and clarify the mechanism for cross-cycle information preservation via topological charges. QFCM v5.0 is designed as a stable reference for peer critique, numerical implementation, and observational testing.
