Dimensional Decoupling: Resolving Man-Made Hallucinations through Epistemic Transparency
Abstract
The "Man-Made Hallucination" (MMH) is an inherent systemic failure of current Large Language Model architectures. By blending three distinct and irrelevant logic altitudes into a single output string, the AI commits an Absolute Error: it presents a projection as a truth. Until the system explicitly separates these dimensions, the user is trapped in a "c-only" reality.
