Gravitational Latency as a Function of Topological Fold Density
Abstract
We propose a modification to General Relativity based on a ”Surface-Only” topological framework. Rather than assuming a background spacetime metric, we define gravity as the emergent computational latency of a folding 2D information lattice. We demonstrate that the Gravitational Constant (G) is a scalar variable proportional to the local **Fold Density** (ρfold). In regions of high topological complexity (galactic filaments), the increased processing load results in a higher effective G, mimicking the effects of Dark Matter. We propose testing this hypothesis via weak lensing tomography of cosmic voids, where we predict a ”Mass Deficit” signature (Gvoid < G0).
