The Opening of Time: Structure, Plasma, and Temporal Ordering
Abstract
Cosmological origin models are commonly framed in terms of explosive events, extreme heat, and force-driven expansion. While observational evidence for early plasma, radiation, and subsequent cooling is robust, the causal ordering used to interpret these observations has remained largely unexamined. This paper proposes a structural reinterpretation in which time does not begin as a violent event, but opens as admissible futures become available through progressive constraint differentiation. In this framework, plasma signals under-constraint rather than primordial heat, entropy functions as a bookkeeping quantity rather than a driver, and forces act as corrective mechanisms within pre-existing structure. The opening of time is thus understood as a structural transition, not an energetic eruption. This paper does not reject established physics; it reorders interpretation.
