Abstract:”The Riemann critical line serves as the fundamental axis of absolute symme-try in our model, where the non-trivial zeros are identified as points of UniversalStagnation. Prime numbers represent the pivotal nodes (vertices) within thecosmic flow fabric; they are discrete values characterized by irreducible angularmomentum that cannot be decomposed into smaller mechanical gears.The Law of Double Momentum Conservation is established here as the gov-erning principle for the stability of the vacuum fabric, where counter-propagatingwaves achieve total equilibrium. Mechanically, this state of neutral balance oc-curs exclusively at the bisector (critical line).
