Abstract

This paper proposes a new cosmological ontology and spacetime theory based on the “Qi-Unified Field.” Drawing upon the philosophy of “Qi theory” from ancient China as its intellectual source, and integrating modern field theory, topological physics, and cosmology, this theory constructs a self-consistent framework. This framework takes a single generative substrate as the ultimate reality, “Wu-Nei” (Non-Interior) as the basic dynamic unit, and a dual spacetime structure as its geometric manifestation. The Qi-Unified Field is the ultimate creative source of the universe; entities, energy, and spacetime are all its manifested forms. Itself transcending the constraints of specific forms, it exists in a state of eternal continuity containing infinite creative potential energy. As its inner dynamic potential, “Wu-Nei” emerges through local condensation of phase coherence, giving rise to relative spacetime and the observable universe. The theory derives a definite mathematical realization—a complex scalar field action containing a k-essence term, a periodic potential, and topological coupling—and predicts six types of observable effects, including chiral gravitational waves in the CMB, steps in radio polarization angles, and anisotropy in the Hubble flow. This framework is singularity-free, has no initial condition problems, requires no multiverse hypothesis, and is strictly falsifiable, providing a new path for unifying quantum properties, gravity, and cosmic evolution.
