Abstract

Using lysozyme in combination with your modified nucleoside 2′-deoxy-2′-(aminocarbonyl)guanosine (hereinafter referred to as 2′-carbamoyl-2′-deoxyguanosine) is a strategic move. Combination therapies combining small molecules (nucleoside analogues) and antimicrobial enzymes are seen as one of the most promising ways to overcome pathogen resistance.
