Abstract

Description This document presents the Structural Manifest of Relaxation-Driven Cyclic Cosmology (RDCC). RDCC is formulated as a foundational consistency framework rather than a dynamical cosmological model. It specifies the structural conditions under which cosmological theories can be meaningfully formulated, interpreted, and limited within a globally CPT-symmetric, timeless spacetime. Time, entropy, causality, information, and observation are treated as sector-dependent emergent properties, locally well-defined but globally undefined. Cyclicity is described through structural fixpoint identification rather than periodic dynamics, and no global initial conditions, entropy-reset mechanisms, or ontological extensions are required. This manifesto clarifies the scope, limits, exclusions, and epistemic boundaries of RDCC. It does not introduce new dynamics, parameter fits, or empirical claims, but provides a conceptual framework within which local, testable physical theories may be consistently embedded. The document is intended as a foundational reference accompanying the RDCC Core Framework.
