Phase–Arithmetic Resonances and the Emergence of a C3–Zeta Function: Towards a Geometric Understanding of Prime Harmony
Abstract
Abstract We introduce a phase–geometric extension of the Riemann zeta function based on the ternary algebra C3 defined by j3=−1j^3 = -1j3=−1. Each prime number is assigned a phase orientation jϕ(p)j^{\phi(p)}jϕ(p) according to its modular residue, transforming the Euler product of ζ(s)\zeta(s)ζ(s) into a multi-channel phase product. The resulting C3–zeta function naturally separates the mean (DC) and oscillatory (phase) components of prime distribution, revealing an explicit algebraic representation of the harmonic structure that Ramanujan intuited but never formalized. This framework provides a unified interpretation of prime distribution, modular symmetries, and phase–energy dynamics under a common geometric principle.
