Abstract

This record presents the public Phase-3 framework reference for the TRIZEL Epistemic Engine. It describes a claim-bound, non-autonomous analytical execution model that governs how deterministic analytical steps may be applied to structured observational inputs without introducing autonomous inference, generative modeling, or interpretation beyond explicitly pre-authorized claim boundaries. This publication is a controlled scientific framework reference. It does not report new observational data, scientific results, or empirical conclusions. Its purpose is to define the public reference layer for the Phase-3 analytical execution framework and to provide a citable, stable archival record aligned with the live Layer-2 landing page and direct PDF access point. A development and repository history exists for provenance purposes. However, this Zenodo record serves as the canonical citable archival reference for this public Phase-3 framework release within the current controlled development posture of TRIZEL.
