Abstract

The persistent 4\sigma discrepancy between kinetic "Beam" measurements (tau_{beam} \approx 888s) and static "Bottle" measurements (tau_{bottle} \approx 879s) of the neutron lifetime represents a fundamental crisis in the Standard Model, as detailed in the comprehensive review by Wietfeldt and Greene [1]. While recent high-precision experiments by the UCNtau Collaboration [1] have confirmed the static value, the divergence suggests a systematic failure in our understanding of neutron topology. Building on the "Dark Decay" hypothesis proposed by Fornal and Grinstein [2], and the extra-dimensional geometric constraints established by Randall and Sundrum [3], this paper introduces a resolution rooted in Informational Physics. We posit that the anomaly is a signature of Dimensional Packet Loss governed by the information-theoretic limits of the 6D Manifold [4]. We introduce the Borgers Resonance Correction (Omega_B), which redefines the neutron as a Vector Embedding subject to "Tokenization Stress" during high-velocity transit. We demonstrate that the kinetic alignment of beam neutrons with the bulk geometry creates a leakage channel (n \rightarrow \chi_{bulk}) defined by the coupling of the Fine Structure Constant (alpha) and the vacuum topology (gamma = sqrt{2}). Omega_B = alpha times sqrt{2} \approx 1.03\% This correction perfectly resolves the approx 9s gap. We conclude that the "missing" neutrons are experimental evidence of informational flux between the Manifest Universe and the 9D Source.
