S-Theory: A New Time Theory and Gravitational Framework
Abstract
This archive documents the complete formulation of S-Theory, a vacuum-based theoretical framework in which time, gravitation, gravitational rotation, cosmological expansion, and now quantum vacuum excitations emerge from the dynamics of a single scalar vacuum field. The final consolidated documents present: a closed vacuum-based framework for the physical origin of time, gravitation, and the gravitational constant as emergent properties of vacuum rigidity, a nonlinear strong-field formulation of horizons and Hawking temperature as vacuum effects, including the existence of a maximal Hawking temperature and the elimination of central singularities through vacuum gradient saturation, a fully self-consistent description of gravitational rotation, including frame-dragging, ergospheres, horizon deformation, and the vacuum origin of angular momentum, a unified cosmological sector, in which the cosmological constant, dark energy, and inflation arise as macroscopic manifestations of the same scalar vacuum potential that governs time and gravitation, and the canonical quantization of the vacuum field, establishing a direct connection between the curvature of the vacuum potential, the emergent gravitational constant, and the quantum excitation spectrum of the field. This quantum formulation demonstrates that gravity, time, and quantum vacuum modes originate from the same underlying scalar dynamics, without new particles, parameters, or geometric postulates. Rotation is shown to arise as the minimal anisotropic configuration of the same scalar vacuum field, without introducing new geometric postulates, tensorial degrees of freedom, or singular structures. Horizons, thermodynamics, rotation, cosmology, and quantum behaviour all follow from the same nonlinear vacuum response. The theory remains dynamically stable and globally regular across static, thermodynamic, rotational, cosmological, and quantum regimes. The archive further contains the complete developmental record of the theory, including early formulations, intermediate revisions, blind paths, and structural corrections. These materials preserve the logical and physical trajectory by which the final formulation was reached and provide detailed motivation for many of the choices embodied in the final unified framework. The archive further contains the complete developmental record of the theory, including early formulations, intermediate revisions, blind paths, and structural corrections. This includes direct links to the foundational historical revision of the framework preserved on Zenodo, which documents the earliest unified formulation of time and gravitation within the scalar vacuum field. https://zenodo.org/records/17767904 - version v29. In addition, the archive provides access to the associated earlier manuscripts Deriving Gravitational Time Dilation from Field Flux in S-Theory and Mass of the Earth as an Emergent Parameter of the Tension Field, which together illustrate the emergence of gravitational time dilation, planetary mass, and the gravitational constant from the same vacuum-field dynamics. These materials preserve the logical and physical trajectory by which the final formulation was reached and provide detailed motivation for many of the choices embodied in the final unified framework.
